Folders Popup is going under a major rewrite and will be released under the new name Quick Access Popup. Here is your chance to influence the future of your preferred app!
As mentioned in an earlier post, since its initial launch, Folders Popup evolved a lot. At the beginning, the app was solely doing folders change and launch. Now, it also launches documents, URLs and applications. In addition, various features were added to improve and accelerate your computer work. On many software directory web sites, Folders Popup is still described as only a folder launcher with very old screenshots and features lists. For most of them, these description cannot be updated. This is why I think about re-branding the app with new features and launch it as a new product called Quick Access Popup (still freeware, don’t worry!).
Now, what should be the next generation of Folders Popup? See the QAP wishlist and vote for your preferred features or add your comments and suggestions. Welcome the Quick Access Popup wishlist!

Hi Jean,
Have installed QAP on Windows 7 64bit - works great.
Installed on Windows 10 Pro 64bit and have problems for solution on next update:
1. After adding program (Outlook 2010) successfully to QAP, I tried to select an icon. The screen (15") was completely filled with a table of selection and NO WAY TO SAVE or even exit the screen. Had to do a Ctrl-Alt-Del in order to get to Task Manager to end the program and get past the screen. Very Disappointed.
2. Tried again and went through exactly the same process.
Solution: Allow a way to control screen size.
Hi John,
The "Manage Icons" window size cannot be changed* and is normally displayed correctly. Normally, QAP detects the correct window size and use the space to display as much icons as possible, including room for previous/next/close buttons. There are exception where the screen size returned by Windows is incorrect. This is why I added an option in "Settings" > "Options" > "Menu" tab, "Manage Icons window rows". Start with a small number (e.g. 5) and increase as you wish.
* In fact, it would be feasible but would required much programming time and there are other priorities.
